The Marketing Director will lead the global marketing function, shaping strategy and driving measurable impact across multiple geographies. You’ll balance brand building with demand generation, while enabling regional teams to run outstanding local campaigns.
Role Highlights The Marketing Director will:
– Define and deliver a global marketing strategy spanning brand, content, product marketing, communications, and demand generation
– Build and lead a high-performing central marketing team, supporting regional teams in the UK, Ireland, Australia, and Canada
– Drive brand consistency, clear messaging, and strong market positioning
– Oversee demand generation across paid media, SEO, CRM, and lifecycle campaigns
– Influence customer adoption and behaviour change as they migrate from legacy to cloud
You Will Need
– 10+ years in B2B SaaS or product-led marketing, with global or multi-region leadership experience
– A proven track record scaling marketing in fast-growth, product-first environments
– Expertise in both brand and demand generation strategies
– Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, SEO, and performance media
– Ability to influence at senior stakeholder and board level, while driving operational excellence
