Job Title: Marketing Executive (12 Month FTC)

Salary Range: £27,000 - £30,000

Location: Hertfordshire

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in ensuring exceptional consumer care and supporting the wider marketing team to deliver impactful initiatives. The Marketing Executive will:

  • Be the lead point of contact for all consumer interactions, including phone, email, social media, and post, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
  • Ensure seamless product fulfilment by maintaining strong relationships with the fulfilment house.
  • Respond to consumer inquiries and complaints in a personalised and timely manner, ensuring every interaction strengthens the brand’s relationship with its loyal customers.
  • Lead on special initiatives such as surprise & delight send-outs and buyer boxes, enhancing consumer engagement at key moments.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control Manager to address product-related inquiries and generate monthly consumer reports.

 

Essential Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, consumer-facing role, ideally within an FMCG or brand-led environment.
  • Experience using Zendesk or similar CRM systems to manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and resolve issues in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
  • A passion for consumer experience, with a positive and adaptable attitude.
