The Marketing Executive will support campaign delivery across events, email, direct mail, and social — turning creative ideas into tangible impact. You'll work closely with senior marketers, sales, and leadership to bring marketing initiatives to life and test what really drives results.
  
The Marketing Executive will:
– Deliver day-to-day marketing activity across events, email, social and print
– Coordinate logistics for in-person and online events — from guest lists to delivery
– Create and refresh marketing assets (emails, decks, social copy, direct mail)
– Track campaign performance across engagement, leads and pipeline value
– Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaigns with commercial priorities
– Worked in a small business or start up environment
  
You will need:
– Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
– A proactive mindset, you’re hands-on, detail-focused, and unafraid to dive in
– An eye for design, experience with Figma, Canva or similar is a bonus
– Curiosity and creativity, you enjoy testing ideas and analysing results
– A genuine interest in the industry
