The Marketing Executive will take ownership of end-to-end campaigns, blending strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to elevate brand presence and drive occupancy across multiple developments.
Role Highlights
– Own and execute multi-channel marketing plans for new and operational sites
– Shape brand identity across digital, PR, social, and on-site experiences
– Manage agency partners, media channels, and campaign performance
– Lead content creation including photography, video, and launch materials
– Drive resident engagement through events, feedback programmes, and community initiatives
You Will Need
– Proven experience in a broad, 360° marketing role ideally within Real Estate
– Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
– Strong organisational skills across multiple stakeholders and projects
– Creative mindset with experience using tools like Adobe or WordPress
– Background in property, hospitality, or consumer-focused sectors preferred
