The Marketing Manager, Community & Activations will play a pivotal role in bringing a community-powered brand vision to life across the UK, acting as the local face of the brand and translating global strategy into credible, on-the-ground impact.
  
Role Highlights
  • Build and nurture relationships with outdoor communities, creators, media, retailers, and cultural partners
  • Deliver community-led activations such as events, meet-ups, workshops, and creator experiences
  • Lead local creator partnerships and product seeding to drive authentic advocacy
  • Activate local partnerships, sponsorships, and events to strengthen brand relevance
  • Share cultural insights and performance learnings with global teams
  
You Will Need
  • Proven experience in community, creator, or experiential marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of local culture, creator ecosystems, and grassroots communities
  • Confidence managing on-the-ground activations and partnerships end-to-end
  • Ability to brief and guide creators or small production teams effectively
  • Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills
