The Brand Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of a bold brand vision, crafting compelling narratives across digital, social, PR, and internal communications to keep the brand distinctive and ahead of the curve.
Role Highlights
- Develop and enhance brand assets and execution strategies, including brand playbook, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives spanning social media, organic channels, influencer partnerships, and strategic collaborations to grow footfall in venues across the country
- Shape and deliver integrated brand marketing and PR strategies, ensuring consistent, impactful messaging.
- Collaborate with commercial marketing teams on campaigns and seasonal activity, ensuring seamless delivery tailored to diverse customer segments.
- Build actionable insights frameworks to measure brand performance, analyse competitor activity, and stay ahead of emerging consumer trends.
- Minimum 3 years’ marketing experience, ideally within leisure, hospitality, or consumer sectors.
- Proven track record in digital, social, organic marketing, and PR.
- Exceptional writing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational ability and confidence juggling multiple projects.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, CMS, and social media platforms.
