The Marketing Manager will be the creative guardian of the brand’s visual identity, leading impactful campaigns, content strategies, and collaborative projects that bring the brand to life across all channels and consumer touchpoints.
Role Highlights
- Act as custodian of the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency and premium quality across all marketing channels and departments.
- Lead the creation of both high-end and creator-led static and video content for e-commerce, social media, and educational platforms.
- Oversee marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring messaging attracts new customers while retaining loyal audiences.
- Manage content libraries and ensure assets are shared efficiently across teams for launches and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative briefs that are brand-aligned, commercially impactful, and delivered on time.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a managerial marketing role.
- Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Motion, Monday, and Canva.
- Proven experience working with external content creators, especially in generating user-generated content (UGC).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, with hands-on experience managing TikTok Business Centre.
- Excellent organisational skills, creative thinking, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
