£60,000–£65,000 + bonus
We’re working with a multi-award-winning investment firm with over £1bn AUM, known for their high-performing tax-efficient products and people-first culture. As they expand their brand and market presence, they’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on marketer to lead campaigns that engage advisers and investors across the UK.
The Marketing Manager will:
• Deliver end-to-end campaigns for VCTs and estate planning offers, from concept through to results analysis.
• Shape all content for email, social, and direct marketing – ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong engagement.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Ops teams to align marketing strategy with commercial priorities.
• Collaborate across internal teams (digital, events, design, PR) to execute campaign plans.
• Champion innovation, using data-led insights to test and optimise campaign performance.
Required skills and experience:
• Background in financial services marketing, ideally with regulated product exposure.
• Campaign planning experience across digital and offline channels.
• Confident content writer – skilled at translating complex material into clear, accessible messaging.
• Comfortable working independently, with strong internal stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with CRM/email platforms (e.g. Dynamics 365 is a bonus).
