The Marketing Manager will lead marketing strategy and delivery for a portfolio of assets. You will manage the full marketing lifecycle—from launch campaigns and pre-leasing through to retention drives—ensuring high occupancy, strong brand presence, and an engaging experience. This role has the opportunity to have ownership of a new brand looking after their student accommodation assets.
Role Highlights
– Design and deliver annual marketing plans aligned to the academic cycle
– Manage integrated digital and offline campaigns to drive occupancy and engagement
– Partner with agencies to deliver SEO, PPC, lead generation and retargeting campaigns
– Build and activate partnerships with universities, student unions and agents
– Lead student events, brand activations, and rebooking campaigns to boost retention
You Will Need
– At least 3 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within PBSA, property, or hospitality
– Proven record of running measurable, integrated campaigns across multiple channels
– Strong CRM and data-tracking knowledge to optimise lead funnels and conversions
– Solid understanding of Gen Y & Z behaviours, especially digital and social media
– Excellent communication skills with the creativity to bring campaigns to life
