With strong backing and ambitious growth plans, they are scaling their marketing function to strengthen brand visibility and support fundraising across UK and international markets.

The Marketing Manager will:
  • Lead and optimise multi-channel campaigns to raise assets under management across equity funds, VCTs, and broader investment strategies. Channels will include email, print, social media, website, events and external publications.
  • Take ownership of planning and delivering both corporate and product-focussed events, from budget proposals through to preparation and support for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to create thought leadership content, design compelling presentations, and produce high-quality brochures, as well as scripts for video updates and webinars.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, investment, and external partners to ensure seamless client journeys and maximum reach.
  • Track KPIs and use data, analytics, and automation to continually refine marketing performance.
  
Required skills and experience:
  • Previous marketing experience in asset management or broader financial services.
  • Confident using marketing tools and platforms, ideally Salesforce & Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset, with the ability to deliver under pressure.
