Role Highlights
- Guard, grow and amplify the brand with integrated, multi-channel campaigns
- Lead demand generation through website optimisation, SEO and HubSpot CRM flows
- Manage and coach junior marketers while steering agencies and freelancers for ROI
- Balance brand-building with performance marketing to feed the sales pipeline
- Partner with senior stakeholders on launches, storytelling and growth initiatives
You Will Need
- Extensive marketing experience spanning brand and growth campaigns
- Hands-on CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred), including segmentation and reporting
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to link campaigns to revenue outcomes
- Proven track record in managing people, agencies and cross-functional projects
- Experience with content-driven growth, CRO and B2B/B2B2C sales cycles
