This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to deliver and support ATL marketing initiatives across international markets. You’ll manage media planning and campaign delivery, playing a key role in building brand awareness, driving growth, and making a meaningful difference to people’s financial lives.
  
The Marketing Manager will:
  • Deliver ATL campaigns end-to-end, including TV and OOH, ensuring brand consistency and local market relevance.
  • Work closely with creative and media agencies to develop campaigns and oversee local adaptations.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance using key KPIs, optimising media performance and sharing actionable insights.
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
  • Partner with local market teams to adapt and activate campaigns based on cultural and commercial nuances.
  • Leverage consumer and market insights to shape campaign strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  
Required skills and experience:
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, with proven success across the full marketing mix.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience in ATL campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign effectiveness and applying insights
