• £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
• West Sussex | Hybrid – 1 day per week in office

The Marketing Manager will take ownership of the brand strategy and execution, guiding storytelling, campaigns, and digital performance while mentoring a small, capable team. It’s a role for someone who can blend creative vision with commercial acumen and thrive in a business where craftsmanship, quality, and authenticity are at the core.
Role Highlights
– Lead the strategic direction of the brand, ensuring a consistent and authentic identity across all channels
--Manage a small team of 3.
– Deliver a multi-channel marketing plan spanning digital, content, partnerships, and global events
– Drive direct-to-consumer growth through website, social, and CRM optimisation
– Inspire and manage a small in-house team while aligning with Sales, Product & Operations
You Will Need
– Proven experience in marketing management within a lifestyle, sports, or premium consumer brand
– Strong understanding of brand development and storytelling for heritage or performance products
– Hands-on experience with D2C channels, social media, and digital optimisation
– Ability to build strategy while staying close to execution and detail
– Confident communicator able to manage agencies, partners, and stakeholders globally
