We’re working with a well-established, mission-led PE firm operating across the UK and Ireland. With a strong national footprint and an increasingly visible brand, they’re looking to hire a Marketing Manager to support the delivery of high-impact campaigns, partnerships and events during an exciting phase of growth.
  
This is a broad, hands-on role sitting within a collaborative marketing and communications team, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and high-profile initiatives.
  
The Marketing Manager will:
  • Play a key role in delivering brand, content and engagement activity across campaigns, partnerships, events and digital channels.
  • Support the planning and execution of flagship marketing projects, including major milestone campaigns.
  • Help deliver and amplify events across entrepreneurship, leadership and investment-focused audiences.
  • Activate partnerships and sponsorships to maximise brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create and coordinate compelling digital and internal content, with a particular focus on LinkedIn and owned channels.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency of tone, messaging and visual identity.
  • Track performance and use insight to continuously refine and improve marketing activity.
  
Required skills and experience:
  • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing, communications or content role, ideally within financial services, investment, professional services or a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience delivering campaigns, events or partnerships involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong digital marketing capability, particularly across LinkedIn and website content.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
