You’ll work across multiple developments, balancing creativity with commercial focus, and play a visible role in driving demand in a competitive property landscape.
  
The Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end marketing activity for assigned developments, ensuring every launch, campaign and customer touchpoint supports sales performance, brand strength and budget control.
  
Role Highlights
– Own marketing strategies for multiple residential developments from launch to sell-out
– Control development-level budgets, forecasts and timelines
– Manage agencies across PR, digital, creative and portals
– Oversee websites, listings and lead-generation campaigns
– Deliver marketing suites, show homes and launch events
  
You Will Need
– Proven experience in a Housing Development or Residential Development
– Strong grasp of the full marketing mix and brand management
– Confidence leading agencies and influencing senior stakeholders
– Excellent organisation, budgeting and reporting skills
– Advanced Microsoft Office capability, especially Excel
