Put simply — they take complex AI and make it commercially usable for enterprise organisations, particularly within data-heavy industries like financial services.
They’re early-stage, scaling quickly, and looking to build a brand that reflects the quality and ambition of the product.
The Role
This is a brand-first Marketing Manager role with a broad remit across content, campaigns, and go-to-market.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how the business shows up externally, while also supporting pipeline and growth.
It’s ideal for someone who enjoys owning brand and storytelling, but still wants exposure to the commercial side of marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Positioning
•Own and evolve the brand, tone of voice, and messaging
•Ensure consistency across all touchpoints (website, decks, campaigns, content)
•Work closely with founders to shape how the company is positioned in market
•Bring clarity and differentiation in a crowded AI space
Content & Storytelling
•Create high-quality content including case studies, blogs, LinkedIn content, and thought leadership
•Translate complex technical concepts into simple, engaging messaging
•Build a consistent and credible external presence
•Support founder-led content and brand visibility

Campaigns & Demand Support
•Run brand-led campaigns to drive awareness and engagement
•Support demand generation activity across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels
•Collaborate with sales on outbound campaigns and key accounts
•Ensure brand and performance marketing are aligned

Product Marketing & GTM
•Support go-to-market activity for new features and launches
•Help shape messaging, positioning, and narrative
•Contribute to sales enablement materials and pitch decks
•Ensure consistency from top-of-funnel through to conversion

Performance & Growth
•Track campaign performance and brand engagement metrics
•Test and iterate on messaging, content, and channels
•Use insights to improve both brand impact and pipeline contribution

What We’re Looking For
•3–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing (SaaS, tech, or startup preferred)
•Strong focus on brand, content, or storytelling, with exposure to broader marketing
•comfortable balancing creative and commercial thinking
•Hands-on and proactive — happy executing as well as shaping ideas
•Strong writing and messaging skills
•Experience working in a fast-paced or scaling environment is a plus
