- Job Title: Marketing Manager
- Salary Range: up to £85,000
- Location / Working Model: Remote | UK-Based
The Marketing Manager will lead the creative direction and content strategy across digital, social and e-commerce channels, ensuring every customer touchpoint delivers a consistent, premium and commercially effective brand experience.
Role Highlights – Lead the planning and delivery of high-performing creative campaigns across Meta, TikTok, email and e-commerce
– Oversee the production of static, video and creator-led content for paid and organic marketing channels
– Manage and organise the company media library to improve accessibility and campaign execution across departments
– Collaborate with social, design and e-commerce teams to optimise creative performance and campaign results
– Own photoshoot planning, timelines, budgets and creative briefing from concept through to delivery
You Will Need – At least 4 years’ experience in a senior marketing or managerial role
– Strong knowledge of TikTok Business Centre, social media strategy and digital marketing trends
– Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva and project management tools such as Monday.com
– Experience managing external UGC creators and delivering creator-first campaigns
– Excellent organisation, creative direction and stakeholder management skills within a fast-paced environment
