We are working with a well-known multi-site food and hospitality brand that is entering an exciting period of transformation and growth. Following significant investment, a new leadership direction and ambitious expansion plans, our client is seeking an experienced Interim Marketing Manager to provide immediate impact while a permanent appointment is identified.
This is a senior, hands-on opportunity where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping brand visibility, customer engagement and commercial performance across a large restaurant estate.
The Interim Marketing Manager will lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, customer initiatives and brand activity, translating insight and commercial objectives into measurable business results.
Role Highlights
– Lead the delivery of integrated 360° marketing campaigns from brief through to evaluation
– Own the restaurant marketing calendar, ensuring activity aligns with trading priorities and commercial objectives
– Manage multiple agency partners across creative, media, PR and production disciplines
– Support the development of a new brand proposition and future creative direction
– Deliver go-to-market plans for product launches, promotional campaigns and customer initiatives
You Will Need
– Proven senior marketing experience within QSR, hospitality, food retail or multi-site consumer businesses
– Strong understanding of ATL, digital, social, CRM, loyalty and performance marketing channels
– Experience managing agencies, challenging creative output and driving high standards
– Commercial confidence with experience managing budgets, ROI, revenue performance and marketing effectiveness
– Ability to interpret customer insights, campaign data and market trends to build actionable marketing plans
