This is a varied Marketing Manager role for a leading recruitment agency 

 Website Management
  • Assist in updating and maintaining website content (e.g. blogs, landing pages, forms)
  • Help ensure messaging, branding, call to actions and visuals are consistent and engaging
  • Liaise with internal teams or agencies for minor website enhancements or fixes
Email Marketing
  • Support creation and scheduling of marketing emails and newsletters (using Kulea)
  • Draft compelling copy aligned to brand tone
  • Maintain and segment email lists
  • Track performance metrics (open rates, CTR, etc.)
  • Support with the creation of thank you email and automated follow-up messages (in Kulea)
LinkedIn Management
  • Schedule and post regular content to the company’s LinkedIn page
  • Draft engaging copy and source or create visual assets (using Canva templates)
  • Engage with relevant industry content and respond to comments/messages
  • Track post performance and audience engagement
Marketing Reporting
  • Compile regular performance reports across email, web and social
  • Monitor key marketing KPIs and provide insights to the team
Event Support
  • Assist with coordination and logistics for virtual and in-person events
  • Help manage attendee lists, event communications and post-event follow-ups
Podcast Admin Support
  • Schedule recordings and coordinate with guests
  • Assist with publishing episodes and tracking listener engagement
  • Support with show notes, titles and promotional messaging
Campaign & Admin Support
  • Provide administrative support for multi-channel campaigns
  • Help manage marketing calendars and task trackers
  • Organise assets, files and content in shared drives
  • Email banner management
Creative Skills:
  • Ability to write clear, concise and engaging marketing copy for digital platforms
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • An eye for detail when it comes to branding, tone of voice and visual consistency
  • Comfortable contributing to messaging, taglines and campaign themes
