The Marketing Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in building scalable systems, improving attribution visibility and creating a more data-driven marketing function. You’ll work across Product, RevOps, Data and Customer Success to improve lifecycle performance, strengthen reporting capability and drive operational maturity within a fast-scaling SaaS environment.

Role Highlights
– Lead the evolution of a global Marketing Operations function
– Own and optimise HubSpot workflows, reporting and lifecycle infrastructure
– Build scalable attribution and funnel measurement frameworks
– Improve campaign tracking, reporting accuracy and commercial insight
– Manage and develop a Marketing Operations team through growth and change

You Will Need
– Strong Marketing Operations experience within B2B SaaS or subscription businesses
– Hands-on HubSpot expertise across workflows, attribution and automation
– Strong understanding of GA4, lifecycle marketing and customer journeys
– Experience managing martech stacks, integrations and reporting environments
– Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead operational transformation
