The Marketing Ops and Lifecycle Manager will take ownership of lifecycle performance, ensuring every prospect and customer interaction is targeted, timely, and measurable.
  
Role Highlights
  • Own lifecycle segmentation and nurture strategies across the funnel
  • Optimise lead routing, scoring, and handoffs to Sales
  • Run and refine an AI-enabled SDR outreach system

You Will Need
  • Proven experience with CRM and marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel performance and conversion metrics
  • Ability to design lead scoring and lifecycle frameworks
  • Commercial mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with Sales and Operations
