• Marketing Project Manager
• £65,000 + 10% bonus
• Fulham, London (SW6) | Hybrid – minimum 2 days in office
We are working with a fast-scaling international events and media organisation that delivers large-scale industry gatherings across Europe and the Americas. With audiences reaching tens of thousands of senior decision-makers each year, our client combines live events, digital platforms and specialist media to shape conversations in highly commercial sectors. As marketing activity expands across new markets and verticals, they are investing in stronger campaign governance to support sustainable growth.
The Marketing Project Manager will sit at the centre of campaign delivery, bringing structure, visibility and accountability across multiple concurrent, multi-channel launches.
The Marketing Project Manager will:
– Build and own cross-channel project plans for major global campaigns and events
– Translate strategic objectives into clear timelines, asset lists and critical paths
– Align digital, CRM, paid media, content, web and offline activity into one unified roadmap
– Track progress in Asana, managing dependencies and ensuring timely handovers
– Provide the CMO with clear status reporting across what is on track, at risk or off track
You Will Need:
– Proven experience delivering complex, multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns
– Strong working knowledge of digital, CRM, paid media and creative production workflows
– Confidence coordinating senior stakeholders and challenging unrealistic timelines
– Experience in deadline-driven environments such as events, media or exhibitions
– Advanced organisational skills and hands-on expertise using tools such as Asana
