The Managing Director – Europe will lead regional operations, set commercial strategy, and unify teams across sales, client success, and partnerships. With a global mandate and full P&L ownership, you’ll shape the future of a high-growth brand making serious waves in the retail media space.
Role Highlights – Define and execute European growth plans in line with global strategy
– Lead and inspire cross-functional teams across sales, client success, and operations
– Establish scalable, compliant processes that drive excellence and client outcomes
– Oversee regional P&L, performance metrics, and budget planning
– Partner with product, finance, and marketing to deliver unified commercial results
You Will Need – 7+ years’ leadership experience in SaaS, digital media, or e-commerce
– Track record of scaling regional teams and growing multi-market revenues
– Strong grasp of retail media, ad tech, or digital advertising
– P&L ownership and experience leading strategic commercial initiatives
– Analytical mindset with confident decision-making and stakeholder management
