Role Highlights
– Lead end-to-end delivery of new product launches across multiple SKUs
– Drive reformulations, cost improvements and supplier transitions
– Build and manage detailed timelines to keep projects on track
– Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, regulatory and supply teams
– Oversee packaging updates, artwork changes and launch readiness
You Will Need
– 5+ years’ experience in NPD or product launch roles
– Proven track record delivering multiple products in fast-paced environments
– Strong stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners
– Excellent organisation with a focus on detail and deadlines
– Confidence managing manufacturers, suppliers and technical processes
