We are working with a high-growth online retailer to help them hire for an Onsite Merchandising & Content Manager. The business has accelerated rapidly in just 10 years, with x3 high-performing websites and a strong team behind them, driving the company forward.
You will lead a small team and take full accountability for how the websites look, feel and convert—blending technical precision with creative storytelling.
About the Role:
- Ownership of all on-site product placement, filters, navigation and search optimisation.
- Lead content execution including homepage banners, category updates, and campaign pages.
- Oversee product onboarding to ensure every item is listed with perfect data, copy, pricing, and imagery.
- Lead and develop a team of Ecommerce executives.
- Collaborate with buying, marketing and development teams to ensure alignment across campaigns
About You:
- Hands on experience in Ecommerce merchandising, content and product set up
- Ideally experience working in high-SKU or multi-brand businesses
- Confident user of Shopify, Algolia and Google Analytics (or similar tools)
- Team management or mentoring experience
- Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
- Understanding of SEO and strong attention to detail with data and content
