- Build, manage, and improve paid campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Deliver PPC activity across Search, Display, remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns
- Monitor performance against agreed KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve results and efficiency
- Support campaign tracking, tagging, attribution, and analytics through Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Contribute ideas to improve audience targeting, creative performance, and wider digital strategy
You Will Need - The Paid Media Specialist will bring...
- Strong hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns and PPC activity across multiple platforms
- Confident knowledge of Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, pixels, tagging, and GA4 reporting
- Experience launching campaigns from scratch and improving performance in live environments
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn campaign data into clear recommendations
- Strong organisation and communication skills, with confidence managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
