The Account Director will lead strategic Paid Search delivery across top-tier accounts while developing high-performing Account Managers and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.


Role Highlights
- Lead end-to-end Paid Search strategy for Tier 1 clients
- Own senior stakeholder relationships and key client meetings
- Develop quarterly and annual roadmaps aligned to commercial goals
- Drive cross-team collaboration with Data and Product specialists
- Identify and implement process improvements across accounts


You Will Need
- Proven success managing complex Paid Search strategies across sectors
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage scope and delivery
- Experience leading and developing Account Managers or similar roles
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to streamline processes and improve delivery consistency
