The Specialist, Paid Search will take ownership of multi-channel paid search campaigns, driving measurable growth while building strong client relationships and delivering strategic insight.
Role Highlights
– Manage and optimise paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts
– Develop data-led strategies aligned to client commercial goals
– Run A/B testing and continuously improve account performance
– Deliver clear, actionable insights through reporting and analysis
– Build trusted relationships, acting as a key client contact
You Will Need
– Proven experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns
– Strong analytical mindset with confidence using GA4 or similar tools
– Ability to translate data into clear, client-friendly insights
– Experience managing budgets, pacing, and performance optimisation
– Proactive approach with strong ownership and communication skills
