We’re working with a retail-focused agency that’s scaling fast, backed by a team of 30+ specialists who blend strategy with execution across fashion, lifestyle, and homeware brands. The Paid Social Director will own end-to-end strategy across 5–6 eCommerce brands, translating business goals into high-impact roadmaps and measurable growth.
Role Highlights
– Lead paid social strategy across a portfolio of high-growth clients
– Develop and deliver channel plans aligned to broader commercial goals
– Own executional performance: campaign structure, spend pacing, testing, and platform hygiene
– Be the trusted voice to clients, steering conversations with clarity and strategic input
– Collaborate with heads of function and cross-channel teams to deliver integrated performance
You Will Need
– Expert-level experience in Meta, TikTok, Pinterest Ads and platform innovation
– Strong grasp of multi-channel growth strategies for D2C and eCommerce brands
– Strategic mindset with proven hands-on execution across paid social
– Comfort in high-stakes client settings—presenting, leading, and problem-solving with confidence
– Desire to mentor and potentially step into a team leadership role
