Our client is a high-growth, multi-market retail brand investing heavily in performance marketing and creator-led content to accelerate customer acquisition. You'll own paid social across key platforms and shape how audiences discover, engage, and purchase—using data, testing, and standout creative to drive measurable revenue. With visibility up to senior leadership, you'll have the freedom to challenge assumptions, optimise at pace, and scale what works across the UK, US, Germany and emerging territories, while partnering closely with creative, CRM and agency teams to deliver joined-up campaigns.
The Paid Social Manager will take full commercial ownership of paid social performance and creator content, turning insight into scalable growth.
In this Paid Social Manager position, you'll balance brand and performance to unlock profitable acquisition and repeat purchase.
Role Highlights
- Own paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging channels
- Build acquisition strategy, testing roadmaps, and optimisation plans
- Manage budgets and campaign P&L approvals against clear KPIs
- Source, brief and commission creators/influencers for paid assets
- Partner with creative, CRM, agencies and platform reps to scale results
You Will Need
- Proven paid social experience across Meta (plus TikTok/Pinterest ideally)
- Track record commissioning creator/influencer content for paid campaigns
- Strong analytical skills (CPA, CTR, CPC, CVR) and confident reporting
- Ability to influence stakeholders and keep delivery moving at pace
- Multi-territory or international trading experience (helpful, not essential)
