The Partner Manager - EMEA will own key physical distribution partnerships across Europe, acting as the central point of contact for sales strategy, contract compliance, reporting, and commercial growth. You'll elevate account relationships beyond the transactional — and play a crucial role in the delivery of revenue and margin targets.

The Partner Manager - EMEA will:

- Oversee high-value partner accounts, ensuring targets for new releases and back catalogue sales are met
- Coordinate lifecycle planning, post-launch sales strategy, and consistent cross-territory delivery
- Lead a Partner Assistant, setting objectives and developing commercial skills
- Deliver reporting insights (via tools like Power BI) and uphold contract terms and renewals
- Influence strategic business decisions using competitor data, market trends, and sell-out analysis

You will need:

- Senior-level experience in partner, sales or vendor management within the computer games industry
- Excellent stakeholder relationship skills across internal teams and third-party partners
- Proven ability to hit commercial targets and manage full product lifecycles
- Analytical mindset with high numeracy and attention to operational detail
- A proactive, confident communication style and strong organisational drive
