Partner Manager, Europe
  • Job Title: Partner Manager, DACH

Our client is strengthening its partner and alliances operation across Europe and is looking for a commercially focused professional who can turn strategic relationships into measurable revenue growth. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio spanning technology partners, channel organisations and strategic alliances, while working closely with sales, marketing, solution engineering and partner operations. You’ll have the scope to build new routes to market, develop existing relationships and create partner-sourced opportunities across multiple European markets.
The Partner Manager, Europe will own partner pipeline and recurring revenue growth, developing commercially focused plans that translate collaboration into qualified opportunities and long-term value.
Role Highlights
  • Own partner-sourced pipeline and ARR objectives across your European portfolio.
  • Build joint business plans covering pipeline commitments, enablement and demand generation.
  • Identify coverage gaps, recruit new partners and build productive relationships from the ground up.
  • Coordinate account mapping and target-account alignment between partners and direct sales.
  • Lead partner reviews, deal registration and attribution while tracking performance through data.
You Will Need
  • Proven experience carrying a revenue or pipeline target within enterprise software sales, partnerships, alliances or channel.
  • A track record of creating partner-sourced pipeline while expanding established relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of deal registration, attribution, partner compensation and governance.
  • Experience creating partner business plans and leading structured business reviews.
  • Confidence engaging consulting firms, systems integrators and delivery teams across European markets.
