Partner Program Manager
Global SaaS | AI / Developer Tools / DevSecOps
I’m partnering with a global, profitable SaaS scale‑up operating at the forefront of AI‑driven software development to hire a Partner Program Manager.
This business is widely recognised as a leader in AI code review, verification, and software governance, working with modern AI coding tools and trusted by a large proportion of Global 100 enterprises. The platform plays a critical role in ensuring AI‑generated code is secure, reliable, and production‑ready — an increasingly mission‑critical problem for engineering teams.
With strong momentum, long‑term profitability, and global customers, they’re now investing in a best‑in‑class partner ecosystem to scale reach, technical credibility, and services capability worldwide.
The Opportunity
This is a genuinely strategic partner role, not a traditional resale‑led channel position.
The Partner Program Manager will design and run a value‑based partner program that rewards:
There’s real ownership here — you’ll be shaping how the partner ecosystem works end‑to‑end.

The Opportunity
This is a genuinely strategic partner role, not a traditional resale‑led channel position.
The Partner Program Manager will design and run a value‑based partner program that rewards:
- Technical excellence
- Certification depth
- Services capability
- Community and brand contribution
- Go‑to‑market impact
There’s real ownership here — you’ll be shaping how the partner ecosystem works end‑to‑end.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Partner Program Design
- Architect and evolve a tiered partner framework, moving away from pure volume‑based metrics toward value creation.
- Define how partners progress based on certifications, enablement, technical depth, and GTM contribution.
- Work with Enablement, Engineering, and Services to build onboarding paths, certification tracks, and services playbooks.
- Ensure partners can confidently sell, implement, and support a technically complex platform.
- Design and manage referral fees, MDF, rebates, and performance‑based incentives aligned to strategic priorities.
- Introduce targeted sales and technical incentive programmes to drive focus areas.
- Own the PRM system (end‑to‑end).
- Automate deal registration, value tracking, tier advancement, and reporting to create a smooth partner experience.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on “Partner‑in‑a‑Box” assets.
- Help partners clearly articulate technical and commercial value to end customers.
- Define and track KPIs such as partner‑sourced revenue, partner‑influenced ACV, certification coverage, and partner technical health.
- Act as a key point of contact and programme ambassador for senior partner stakeholders.
- Represent partner needs internally and drive cross‑functional alignment.
- 5+ years experience in Partner / Channel Program Management within a SaaS vendor.
- Experience in developer tools, DevOps, cloud, security, or data platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong exposure to value‑based or capability‑led partner models (rather than pure resale).
- Comfortable owning programmes operationally — strong with Salesforce and PRM tools (Impartner, Allbound, Channel Mechanics, etc.).
- Able to influence cross‑functionally and communicate confidently with senior external partners.
- Commercially aware, technically curious, and highly organised.
