The Partner Sales Manager will own and expand the partner ecosystem, with a strong focus on AWS collaboration, while also nurturing strategic alliances with Salesforce and select system integrators.
  
Role Highlights
  • Lead and scale the partner sales function, with AWS as the primary focus
  • Build and deepen strategic relationships with AWS, Salesforce, and system integrators
  • Drive joint go-to-market strategies and co-selling activities to deliver high-value deals
  • Manage 5 tier-one partners and ~10 additional partners, ensuring scalable processes
  • Mentor and develop a direct report, with scope to grow a wider team
You Will Need
  • 5–10 years’ experience in partner sales, alliances, or channel management
  • Proven background working with AWS, either directly or via a SaaS/SI partnership role
  • Experience in system integrators, SaaS or at AWS
  • Track record of closing or influencing six-figure SaaS/enterprise deals
  • Strong technical acumen
