Following continued growth across England and Wales, they are investing in a dedicated Partnership Manager to shape and deliver their partnership strategy. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, influence the direction of the New Business function, and bring fresh thinking to a growing, mission-led organisation.

The Partnership Manager will take ownership of identifying, negotiating, and developing strategic partnerships that deliver measurable commercial value while supporting a purpose-driven mission.

Role Highlights – Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of commercial partners across priority sectors
– Develop compelling partnership propositions aligned to the organisation’s mission and commercial goals
– Maintain visibility of relevant directories and platforms, reviewing performance and optimising ROI
– Collaborate with Executive, Marketing, and Operational teams to deliver complex partnership opportunities
– Ensure partnership activity adheres to compliance, governance, legal frameworks, and brand guidelines

You Will Need – Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or commercial relationship roles
– Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills
– Ability to manage pipelines, assess ROI, and use data to guide decisions
– Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organisation and planning capabilities
– Confidence working autonomously, travelling when required, and using CRM/Microsoft Office tools
