As demand for tickets continues to grow, the organisation is investing in a dedicated performance marketing team that can deliver hands-on campaign execution and strategic guidance across multiple festivals. This expansion offers experienced digital marketers the opportunity to work across large-scale consumer events, shaping how audiences discover and engage with some of Europe’s most exciting festival experiences.
The Freelance Performance Marketing Manager will take a hands-on role in planning, launching and optimising paid media campaigns designed to maximise ticket sales across multiple festivals. Working closely with a central growth marketing function, the Freelance Performance Marketing Manager will ensure campaigns are data-driven, scalable and aligned with broader brand objectives.
Role Highlights:
– Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok and YouTube
– Drive ticket sales through performance-led digital marketing strategies
– Work with internal festival teams and external agencies to improve campaign effectiveness
– Monitor performance metrics including CAC, ROI and conversion performance
– Provide practical recommendations on budget allocation and campaign optimisation
You Will Need:
– Proven experience managing paid social campaigns with measurable results
– Hands-on expertise across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
– Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including CAC and LTV
– Experience managing mid-sized digital marketing budgets across multiple campaigns
– Excellent communication skills to advise stakeholders and justify spend decisions
