• Performance Marketing Manager

With 100,000 annual delegates attending their industry-leading events across the globe and an award-winning in-house tech platform, their reach is significant. This is a chance to own the performance marketing strategy across both event and media arms of the business, leveraging your data-led mindset and creative flair to drive revenue, engagement, and visibility.
The Performance Marketing Manager will manage paid media campaigns end-to-end, from ideation to optimisation, while steering external agencies and influencing campaign success with smart data use and a test-and-learn mentality.
Role Highlights The Performance Marketing Manager will:
– Plan, launch and optimise cross-channel paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
– Drive ticket sales and registrations for industry-leading global events
– Lead creative A/B testing and audience targeting using first-party data
– Report on ROI, CPA, and campaign impact using GA4, Tableau and Bizzabo
– Manage agency performance and ensure all media is aligned to brand strategy
You Will Need The Performance Marketing Manager will need:
– Proven experience running multi-platform paid ad campaigns in high-volume settings
– Strong analytical mindset and confidence using attribution and tracking tools
– Experience driving direct conversions for event or digital product audiences
– Ability to translate data into insight and make fast, evidence-led decisions
– Familiarity with audience segmentation and campaign budgeting
