Our client is a global travel brand bringing unforgettable experiences to millions each year. Following significant expansion across 25+ cities, they’re investing in digital excellence with a new Performance Marketing Manager role. You’ll join a collaborative, commercially minded team that values curiosity, ownership, and results- playing a key part in scaling the company’s next chapter of growth.
  
The Performance Marketing Manager will lead the global digital acquisition strategy across paid and organic search plus affiliate marketing, driving profitable web traffic and maximising ROI.
  
Role Highlights
– Own and optimise global PPC, SEO and affiliate performance across multiple cities
– Analyse campaign data to inform strategic decisions and improve ROI
– Manage and challenge agency partners for continuous improvement
– Collaborate with E-Commerce, Product and Tech to deliver joined-up growth plans
– Support and develop a Digital Marketing Executive through dotted-line leadership
  
You Will Need
– 5 + years’ experience in performance or digital acquisition marketing
– Proven expertise in PPC (essential) and SEO (preferred)
– Strong commercial acumen managing sizeable budgets and agencies
– Confidence working with analytics tools (GA4, attribution models, etc.)
– A data-driven, problem-solving mindset with excellent stakeholder skills
