You'll join a high-energy media and performance marketing function where data, creativity and commercial outcomes sit side-by-side. This is a role for someone who enjoys owning a channel, challenging assumptions through experimentation, and turning audience insight into growth. Expect close collaboration with senior stakeholders, platform partners and cross-functional teams, with the freedom to shape how paid social supports brand building, subscriptions and launches.
The Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Social will own and evolve paid social strategy to drive subscription growth, brand impact and measurable financial performance.

You Will Need
The Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Social role requires:
- 3+ years' paid social delivery (in-house or agency)
- Hands-on platform expertise (Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit)
- Strong analytics skills (e.g., Google Analytics) and tracking curiosity
- Confident stakeholder/partner management and influencing skills
- Budget pacing experience; Smartly knowledge a plus
