The Performance Marketing Manager will own and evolve multi-channel paid acquisition strategies, driving measurable growth across search, app and affiliate marketing while enhancing the full customer journey.
Role Highlights - core tasks & impact
- Lead paid search strategy across Google Ads and YouTube to drive subscriptions
- Identify optimisation opportunities through testing, targeting and creative innovation
- Deliver app and affiliate marketing initiatives aligned to commercial goals
- Monitor performance, providing clear reporting and actionable insights
- Manage budgets to maximise ROI and meet financial targets
You Will Need - key skills/experience
- Proven experience running PPC campaigns in agency or in-house environments
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Analytics, and performance platforms
- Ability to manage and forecast marketing budgets with commercial focus
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external partners
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data, testing and emerging tech
