Role Overview - Pitch Advisor

We’re looking for a Pursuits (Pitch) Advisor to play a vital role within our Business Development team. You will support and lead on the creation of compelling, commercially differentiated pitch documents and presentations for local and global opportunities. This is a role where strategy meets creativity — you’ll work with stakeholders at all levels to shape responses that win business and elevate how the firm presents itself to clients.
  
What You’ll Do
  
  • Support and lead the production of commercial pitch documents and client presentations in response to RFPs, panel pitches and other strategic opportunities.
  • Work across local and global pursuits, providing strong project management support to ensure deadlines are met and processes run smoothly.
  • Add value to each proposition by identifying areas of differentiation, crafting compelling narratives, and improving win rates.
  • Maintain and contribute to pursuits infrastructure, including content libraries and opportunity trackers, to support team efficiency and consistency.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and pitch approaches, and partner with global BD colleagues to adopt best practices that keep us ahead in the market.
  • Ensure client research, competitor analysis and industry insights are embedded into pursuit strategies by liaising with key internal teams.
  • Motivate and engage colleagues across business services to contribute timely, high-quality input for pitches.
  • Support a culture of pipeline focus by working with Key Relationship Management and Global BD teams to prepare for upcoming panel opportunities.
  • Champion global best practice for pitching, from persuasive writing to commercial response framing and robust go/no-go decision processes.
  • Collect pitch feedback and use insights to improve documents and processes, as well as support smooth handover of new work once pursuits are won.
  • Undertake data entry and reporting to track pitch metrics and inform future activity.
