The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pitch Manager to join a high-performing Business Development team. The role will lead the end-to-end management of pitches and proposals for major domestic and international opportunities, working closely with partners and senior stakeholders across the firm.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex, high-value pitches, panels and tenders from initiation through to submission
- Advise partners on pitch strategy, messaging and positioning
- Develop clear, persuasive written content tailored to client needs
- Coordinate input from partners, fee earners and business services teams
- Manage pitch timelines, resources and workflows to tight deadlines
- Drive continuous improvement in pitch quality, processes and best practice
- Analyse pitch outcomes and feedback to refine future approaches
- Mentor and support junior team members where appropriate
- Proven experience in a Pitch Manager or senior bids role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional writing, editing and attention to detail
- Confident advising senior partners and managing complex expectations
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
