Role Overview – Pitches and Pursuits Adviser
We’re on the lookout for a Pitches and Pursuits Adviser to join the global team driving pitch development and delivery in a high-energy, results-oriented environment. You’ll play a key role in crafting standout proposals that help win meaningful business, working across borders and teams in pursuit of excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketer or business development pro to bring strategic insight, operational discipline and a fresh perspective to how we present ourselves to clients.
  
What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate as a core member of the Global Pitches and Pursuit Team (GPPT) to produce complex, high-stakes global pitches - working closely with senior managers and colleagues around the world.
  • Partner with practice area and industry Marketing & Business Development teams to develop pitch responses that are clear, compelling, and client-centric.
  • Champion pitch best practices firm-wide, ensuring all materials are compliant, easy to navigate and focused squarely on client needs.
  • Maintain and evolve core pitch tools and standard content, helping keep resources fresh, relevant and user-friendly.
  • Research and synthesise relevant market, competitor, and client insights to inform pitch strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Liaise with internal functions — including finance, pricing, compliance and legal — to gather the data and approvals required for complete and polished pitches.
  • Work with M&BD teams to explore innovative ways to elevate pitch quality and refine processes.
  • Spot process inefficiencies and help craft solutions that drive smoother, smarter delivery.
  • Stay current with industry developments, competitive trends and emerging client needs.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in marketing, business development or proposals — ideally within professional services, corporate or agency environments.
  • A relevant qualification in marketing, communications or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and real-world experience will be considered.
