The PPC Manager will lead and deliver the paid search strategy across multiple brands, managing substantial budgets, agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to own performance marketing activity that directly fuels customer growth and business success.
Role Highlights
- Act as the primary contact for external agencies, aligning campaign activity and signing off creative assets
- Define campaign goals, priorities, and messaging, briefing effectively to partners
- Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CPA, and CTR to ensure consistent delivery
- Forecast budgets and allocate spend to maximise profitability and growth
- Analyse performance trends and share actionable insights with senior stakeholders
You Will Need
- Proven experience managing multi-million-pound PPC budgets (£5M+)
- Strong track record in agency management and partner collaboration
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
- Experience with Performance Max, Google Shopping, and Merchant Center
- Highly analytical mindset with advanced Excel capability and strong communication skills
