About the Role:
The Principal Product Manager will define and drive the long-term roadmap for a developing mortgages proposition. This is a high-impact position reporting into senior product leadership.
The Principal Product Manager will own proposition viability, balancing user needs, commercial opportunity and technical complexity while guiding cross-functional teams towards clear, confident decisions.

Role Highlights
- Define and sequence the global mortgages roadmap aligned to strategic goals
- Lead structured discovery to validate desirability, viability and feasibility
- Translate complex, ambiguous problem spaces into focused workstreams
- Drive informed trade-offs across UX, revenue and build constraints
- Partner with Design, Data and Commercial stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes
- Experience in mortgages or adjacent financial products (highly desirable)
- Proven experience shaping new product propositions from first principles
- Strong product judgement within complex or regulated environments
- Commercial awareness with a value-exchange mindset
- Confidence in influencing senior stakeholders without direct line authority
