Our client is an education-focused organisation built around a clear purpose: creating greater social mobility by helping high-potential people access exceptional training and high-performance careers. Working with leading professional services organisations, the business combines education, technology and consulting to create a talent model that benefits both ambitious individuals and enterprise clients. As the organisation continues to scale, you’ll have the opportunity to play a significant role in expanding its client base, growing strategic accounts and helping shape how the commercial function operates.
The Growth Manager, Principal will drive new business and account growth while working closely with senior leadership to improve commercial performance and support the continued expansion of the organisation.
Role Highlights
  • Build and manage your own enterprise pipeline through research, networking, referrals and targeted outbound activity.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from identifying client challenges through solution development, stakeholder engagement and commercial negotiation.
  • Grow existing enterprise accounts through structured account mapping, relationship development and repeat business.
  • Work alongside leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve commercial processes as the business scales.
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to strategic decisions that strengthen the wider growth function.
You Will Need
  • Proven experience in consultative or solution-led B2B sales, with the ability to uncover complex customer challenges and shape compelling solutions.
  • Experience influencing technical and business decision-makers and building consensus across multiple stakeholders.
  • A demonstrable track record of generating new business through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals or outbound sales.
  • Experience developing and expanding enterprise accounts, ideally within organisations of 10,000+ employees.
  • Strong commercial judgement, ownership and communication skills, with the confidence to operate with senior stakeholders.
Why You’ll Love It
  • Take ownership of meaningful enterprise growth rather than simply managing an inherited pipeline.
  • Combine new business development with strategic account expansion.
  • Work directly with senior leadership and influence how the commercial function develops.
  • Mentor others while continuing to build your own leadership capability.
  • Join an organisation where commercial success is directly connected to improving access to education and high-performance careers.
You’ll be joining a business that places excellence, thoughtful respect, ownership and continuous improvement at the heart of how it operates. The organisation is deliberately ambitious about the impact it can create and expects its people to take responsibility for both their individual performance and the wider mission.
