The Product Category Manager will take full ownership of the darts gear category, leading product lifecycle management from insights to launch. You’ll act as the link between design, merchandising, sourcing, and marketing to deliver commercially successful ranges that set the benchmark in performance and creativity.

Role Highlights
  • Define and deliver category product strategies aligned with brand identity and commercial goals
  • Manage full product lifecycle from insight to market launch
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely product delivery
  • Balance category P&L across commercial drivers and brand-building innovation
  • Provide visibility on performance, risks, and opportunities through clear reporting
You Will Need
  • 8+ years’ experience in consumer goods, sports, or lifestyle brands
  • Proven expertise in product or category management, with P&L accountability
  • Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple seasonal cycles
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
