The Product Data Analyst will sit at the heart of the product and data teams, working closely with engineers, designers, PMs, and healthcare partners. You’ll design scalable dashboards and reports, partner with stakeholders to define metrics, and surface opportunities to improve performance and user outcomes. The Product Data Analyst will…
- Build and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and product insight frameworks
- Analyse data to highlight product trends, anomalies, and improvement areas
- Define KPIs and metrics aligned to business goals
- Work closely with NHS Trusts to understand their operational needs
- Collaborate with data engineers to improve access and reporting pipelines
You will need…
- Proven experience in a data/product analytics role
- Power BI, Looker, or similar tools expertise
- Confident SQL skills and familiarity with data modelling
- Strong communication: translating analysis for both technical and non‑technical audiences
- A curious mindset and desire to improve healthcare outcomes through data
