What They Need
- Someone who can create intuitive user interfaces, landing pages, banners and components with a strong eye for visual design and driving CRO through their UX input
- A product designer who enjoys working with data, heatmaps and user insight to improve flows, simplify experiences and increase conversion
- A designer comfortable supporting BAU delivery (layouts, updates, promotions) while contributing to larger product initiatives and future innovation
- Someone who collaborates well with product managers, engineers and content teams, bringing a positive, solutions-led attitude
- A digital native who is curious, enthusiastic and able to balance creativity with practical constraints, adapting design decisions when needed
What You’re Great At
- Experience with D2C/ecommerce journeys, including homepages, PLPs, PDPs, landing pages and subscription flows - we are brand & sector agnostic but you must have cut your teeth designing intuitive website experiences for another online retailer
- Proficiency in Figma, exposure to design systems, prototyping and component creation
- Strong UI/visual design skills with understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility and breakpoints
- Familiarity with data tools (heatmaps, session recordings, analytics, user testing platforms) to inform decisions
- Clear communication, stakeholder collaboration and the ability to work at pace across multiple briefs
