Role Highlights
The Product Lead will:
- Define and deliver the full investment product vision, from first hypothesis to scalable success
- Run rapid tests, leveraging data and client insight to validate ideas and sunset ineffective features
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design and Compliance to blend trust, clarity and sophistication
- Translate complex investment concepts into intuitive, emotionally resonant client experiences
- Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate experimentation and enhance product intelligence
The role requires:
- Strong product leadership experience in wealth, investments, or fintech
- A track record delivering zero-to-one products in ambiguous, evolving environments
- Ability to combine analytical rigour with design thinking and customer empathy
- Confidence working with AI, experimentation frameworks and data-driven decision-making
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to build from scratch
